1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 877pub.vip ("877 pub," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 877 pub platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and payment systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 877 pub platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after any posted amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 877 pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion list, or any voluntary or regulatory exclusion from gambling activities.

877 pub performs age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 877 pub platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are discovered belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — 877 pub reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 877 pub login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to have been authorized by you unless you notify 877 pub of unauthorized access immediately upon discovery.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 877 pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₱100. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing times. 877 pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). 877 pub reserves the right to apply standard KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.

Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. 877 pub reserves the right to return funds and request supporting documentation where the source of funds cannot be verified.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification
• Bonus-related winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• 877 pub reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud or AML review

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

877 pub offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are awarded only to accounts in good standing and may not be available to all players in all circumstances.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each specific promotion before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 877 pub platform operate in accordance with the rules published within each individual game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the in-game rules and any other communication, the in-game rules shall prevail.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 877 pub does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to control or predict individual game results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game's information section.

In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or communication failure during gameplay, 877 pub reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and refund the applicable stake to the player's account balance. Winnings derived from any malfunction or error may be withheld pending investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 877 pub platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other fraudulent purpose
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to generate unfair advantages
• Using the platform to conduct money laundering or any activity that may violate the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any 877 pub software
• Using the platform while knowingly subject to a self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion listing
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account usage

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 877 pub platform — including but not limited to the 877 pub name, logo, game graphics, software, user interface elements, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 877 pub or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 877 pub platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 877 pub content without express prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 877 pub, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 877 pub platform
• Loss of data, winnings, or account access due to factors beyond 877 pub's reasonable control
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate gameplay on the platform

The 877 pub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 877 pub makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any specific game for any particular purpose.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

877 pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 877 pub, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 877 pub, other players, or the integrity of the platform
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed 877 pub to take such action

Players may also voluntarily close their 877 pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five business days. Remaining balances (after applicable deductions for outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's primary registered payment method.

11. Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 business days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable under the relevant operating license. The parties agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings not resolved through the above mechanisms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

877 pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the 877 pub platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
